Promised workout. Yesterday i said i will workout today. So i make sure i did my workout today.

Workout include pull up, chin up, push up, handstand and bag work. Wanted to end with a bang, 100pull ups/chin ups and 100 push up. Fail at the 50 mark on my pull up/chin up. I need more training.
